German Police in State of Denial Which Can Get People Killed.

As discussed in the previous post, Muslims attack Christmas celebrations because they feel personally affronted by the very existence of other religions. That said, when the police whose job it is to prevent such attacks operate under a state of politically correct denial it is almost as if they are, in fact, in league with the jihadists.

Just last night, 200 rounds of ammunition were found in a car park under a mosque near to a Christmas market in Berlin. But no, it's nothing to do with terrorism, German police are finding hoards of ammunition all the time, apparently. This idiocy is so profound it borders upon complicity. This report from MailOnline today (hat-tip to ਤਾਰੇਕ ਫਤਹ @TarekFatah):

German police descend on Berlin Christmas market after 200 rounds of ammunition is found in carpark under a mosque

  • Police were called to Schloss Charlottenburg Market in West Berlin last night
  • They discovered two bags containing 200 bullets in car park under a mosque
  • Officers ruled out terror and said 'ammunition is always being found in Berlin'

German police descended on a Christmas market in Berlin after two bags of bullets were found under a nearby mosque last night.

About 200 rounds of ammunition was found in an underground car park in West Berlin - but officers quickly ruled out any terror link.

The discovery came with Germany still on high alert after a wave of terror attacks and almost a year after a jihadist killed 12 by crashing a lorry through a market in the city.

Last night police swarmed the area as officers examined the haul of ammunition, which was found directly beneath a mosque.

They then searched a park near the Schloss Charlottenburg Christmas Market in Charlottenburg Palace for weapons.

But nothing was found and officers later ruled out terror.

Police spokesman Winfrid Wenzel said: 'Due to the proximity of the ammunition storage place to the Christmas market and the fact that above the underground car park is a mosque, a dangerous situation is assumed.'

He added: 'Ammunition is always being found in Berlin.

'Somebody was probably clearing their cellar out and found something from their grandfather.'

Germany is on high alert for militant attacks, nearly a year after a Tunisian Islamist rammed a hijacked truck into a Christmas market in central Berlin, killing 11 people as well as the driver.

Earlier this month, experts made safe a device filled with nails that was delivered to a pharmacy near a Christmas market in the German city of Potsdam near Berlin.
