Sudden Jihad Syndrome in Hamburg: Afghan Hammer Attacker 'May Be Ill.'

"Fight & kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait & ambush them using every stratagem of war." So says the most important verse in Allah's entire, delirious book of idiocy, Koranic verse 9:5, also known as the 'Verse of the Sword'.

The 'every stratagem of war' grants the soldier of Allah carte blanche when pursuing the infidel, leading to somewhat Improvised methods of violence not readily associated in the Western mind with mortal combat. This has become known as Sudden Jihad Syndrome (SJS), a phenomenon that has now become very familiar to those of us in the West who are not crippled by political correctness.

SJS is the occasion of a previously law-abiding Muslim taking it into his head to assault & kill non-Muslims in the vicinity without warning, using whatever comes to hand as a weapon, be it a kitchen knife, a hammer or a car. Last week, Khalid Masood used a kitchen knife & a car outside Parliament to kill four.

In the last few years we have witnessed instances of sudden jihad syndrome in Toulouse & Montauban (2), Ilford, Bradford, Edmonton, Afula in Israel, Manchester (2), Moore , Oklahoma, Quebec, Jerusalem (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), Ottawa, New York, Mishor Adumim in Israel, Dijon, Detroit, Paris (2), London (2), Gush Etzion in Israel, Grenoble, Seattle & New Jersey, Vasteras in Sweden, Kvissel in Denmark, Berlin (2), Hebron, Leytonstone, Belgrade, Tel Aviv, Toronto, Merced, California, Glasgow, Strasbourg, Nablus, Home Hill, Queensland & St Cloud, Minnesota to name by no means all.

On Friday, an Afghan immigrant tried to kill a randomly selected cyclist in the Hamburg district of Bergadorf. He was found later, smeared with his victim's blood & arrested. The usual excuse of mental illness is being trotted out &, were we to acknowledge Islam as being a mental illness, we could understand. This report from the Daily Express today (hat-tip to Blazing Cat Fur):

'Afghan national smashes 59-year-old cyclist on the head with a HAMMER in random assault'
AN AFGHAN national has been arrested after allegedly bashing a cyclists skull with a hammer in a random assault.

The 59-year-old cyclist was attacked early Friday morning as he traveled to Bergedorf, a south eastern district of Hamburg, Germany.

The alleged attacker is believed to have briefly addressed the cyclist before suddenly hitting him on the head with the weapon.

Stunned by the attack, the cyclist was able to flee and alert the police.

The 31-year-old suspect was later found in at home with clothes his smeared in blood.

The alleged weapon was later found hidden under a kitchen cabinet.

The reported attacker has since been sent to a detention centre, while his alleged victim has been released from hospital.

A police spokesman said: "The suspect may have a mental illness."

It comes just days after Dusseldorf train station was placed on lockdown after a man went on a violent rampage with an axe, injuring at least seven people.

A 36-year-old man was arrested following the attack, correcting earlier police reports of two arrests.

Two police officers were among the seven injured in the Dusseldorf attack. Officials said none of the victims were in a life-threatening condition but one person is seriously injured.

Officers identified the suspect as Fatmir H from Kosovo and living in the nearby city of Wuppertal.

They stressed he is "mentally ill", according to reports.

Police said in a statement: "A person, probably armed with an axe, attacked people at random.

"Seven people were injured, three of them seriously.

"The suspect appears to have had psychological problems.

"Trains were stopped in the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia as heavily armed special forces surrounded the station."
