Israel Pressurised into Allowing Tunnel-Building Materials into Gaza.

'Allah's Apostle said, "The Hour will not be established until you fight with the Jews, & the stone behind which a Jew will be hiding will say. 'O Muslim! There is a Jew hiding behind me, so kill him.'"' So says Islamic scripture's most trusted compilation of ahadith, Sahih Bukhari, in volume four, book 52, number 177. 'The Hour' refers to the end of the world. Muslims consider it to be their ultimate destiny to wipe out all Jews.

This is why terrorist organisations such as Hamas dedicate every morsel of resources in their possession to violence upon Israeli civilians. The 'Palestinian' civilians do not matter a damnation in this infernal scheme of things, either in terms of safety while the rockets are being fired or subsistence, with regards to the distribution of said resources.

This is why the Israelis have been entirely right to blockade building materials to Gaza, they knew that these would be used for the construction of tunnels under the frontier. Now, alas, the international community, deceived by Arab claims of victimhood, have pressurised Israel into letting 14000 tons of cement & rebar into Gaza. Let's see how much of it gets used on houses. This report from Al Arabiya yesterday:

Israel lets 14,000 tons of building material into Gaza

Israel allowed 14,000 tonnes of building material into war-devastated Gaza on Wednesday, the defense ministry said of the largest single shipment since a July-August conflict ended in the blockaded territory.

COGAT, the coordinating body for Israeli government policy in the Palestinian territories, told AFP that some 354 trucks passed through the Kerem Shalom goods crossing in the southern Gaza Strip carrying "construction materials", without elaborating.

Under Israel's eight-year blockade of Gaza, the entry of cement and iron has mostly been banned, with the Jewish state fearing such materials could be used by Palestinian militants to make weapons and build attack tunnels.

But the international community has warned that without serious reconstruction of the coastal territory, where Israeli bombardment destroyed or damaged more than 100,000 homes during the 50-day war, another conflict could be looming.

Job Done. Look what happens when you launch missiles from civilian areas.

The United Nations says that 100,000 Gaza residents are still homeless since last summer's war, which killed about 2,200 Palestinians and 73 people on the Israeli side.

Militant groups in Gaza, under the de facto rule of the Islamist movement Hamas, fired thousands of rockets at Israel in the conflict and have vowed to rearm.
