Oh, the Horror! Galloway Receives Kicking in London.

"And be not weak hearted in pursuit of the enemy; if you suffer pain, then surely they (too) suffer pain as you suffer pain, & you hope from Allah what they do not hope; & Allah is Knowing, Wise." So drools Allah, inciting his inbred followers to violence, in the book that is so stupid it has to be protected from criticism by the very real prospect of violence, the Koran, in verse 4:104.

If a Muslim engaged in pursuing the enemy feels pain the enemy does too. That must be a comfort to George Galloway, a man who bizarrely refuses to state what religion he is, & is strangely determined to make clear that he does not drink (he's from Glasgow.) Knowing that Allah says that his assailant also feels pain must be a comfort to him, as he recuperates from a nasty piece of rough-&-tumble of Friday night, as reported by Reuters yesterday:

Lawmaker who called for Israel boycott attacked in London

An outspoken lawmaker who declared an "Israel-free zone" in a northern English city suffered a suspected broken jaw in an attack believed to be linked to his support for the Palestinians, his party said on Saturday.

George Galloway, who once lauded Saddam Hussein and criticised the 2003 U.S-led invasion that toppled the Iraqi leader, was attacked in west London on Friday night.

"It is thought that the attack is connected to Mr Galloway's support for the Palestinian cause," the left-wing Respect Party said in a statement.

The outspoken Scot, dubbed "Gorgeous George" by the British media, recently made headlines when he declared Bradford to be an Israel-free zone and urged people to reject all Israeli goods, services and even tourists.

A Respect spokesman said the incident appeared to be connected with Israel because the attacker had been shouting something about the Holocaust.

Police said a 39-year-old man had been arrested and taken to a south London police station where he remained in custody.

Galloway, one of a handful of independent MPs in the Westminster parliament, stunned British politics when he won his West Bradford seat in 2012. The city has a large Muslim minority.

The Criminal Apathy of Rotherham Police in Detail.

"Force not your slave-girls to whoredom if they desire chastity, that you may seek enjoyment of this life. But if anyone forces them, then after such compulsion, Allah is oft-forgiving." So says Allah, giving his frothing followers permission to pimp any non-Muslim woman or girl of whom they have taken possession, in his repugnant book, the Koran, in verse 24:34.

This explains why Muslim men are more likely to commit sex offences than any other religious group. It does not, however, explain why our own police were so criminally negligent in investigating reports of this heinous practice, even if the person enquiring after that report is an MP. We know that the police ignored an MP's interest because he has told us, in the Rotherham Advertiser on Friday:

Sir Kevin Barron criticises police over child grooming

ROTHER Valley MP Sir Kevin Barron has broken his silence on Alexis Jay's child sexual exploitation report to reveal he received just one report of CSE during the 16 years it covers.

Sir Kevin said he was shocked by "the scale of the brutality and violence" involved and called for more whistleblowing and the adoption of all Prof Jay's recommendations

He said in a statement released today: "Having had a few days now to absorb the findings in Alexis Jay's report commissioned by Rotherham Borough Council, my shock and abhorrence have only intensified as the full horror of the report's findings sink in.

"The scale of this brutality and violence acted out on our young people in the Rotherham borough has shocked me.

Barron
Jay
"In the past 16 years I have only been approached by one family and their daughter who was an abused victim and asked for help.

"I acted promptly and had meetings with the Rotherham police about the family's concerns in relation to the apparent lack of investigation and conviction.

"After speaking to police I'm afraid that I shared the parents' concerns as I remained unconvinced that any investigative activity was underway and that, in fact, there was a reluctance to pursue this 'difficult and sensitive' subject.

"I kept in touch with the family and met them in Westminster when they were campaigning against sexual exploitation with a national charity."

Sir Kevin said the victim and her father were afforded an opportunity to give evidence to the Home Affairs Select Committee in January 2013.

The father was quoted in this hearing as saying:
"When this happened to Emma I got my local MP Kevin Barron involved.

"He was very good and he wrote to Rotherham Police because we did not feel that it was being investigated correctly.

"We asked for meetings with Supt Chris Burbeary at the time but she refused to meet with us."

Sir Kevin added: "It now appears that this case was not a relatively rare one as I had thought and that the abuse by her attackers and subsequent failure of response by the very agencies whose role it was to protect her was a widespread situation and just the tip of the iceberg in terms of child sexual exploitation.

"Rotherham Borough Council and all of the relevant support agencies must now work together to bring the perpetrators of these dreadful crimes to account and to put into place procedures to minimise the levels of activity of these child abusers."

"Key actions from now on must be to address the report's 15 recommendations in a robust and consistent manner, to create an environment in which victims of child sexual exploitation are encouraged and supported to report the abuse they are suffering and provided with appropriate counselling and to encourage whistleblowing from within the agencies who have children in their care.

Stone
Wright
"Those who have held positions of responsibility in any way related to these horrific cases in Rotherham must be held to account.

"Roger Stone, leader of Rotherham Borough Council, has quite correctly resigned.

"An independent investigation is needed into the activity or lack of activity by South Yorkshire Police at that time to try and establish whether any of the perpetrators of these historic cases can be identified and brought to justice.

"For this to happen, the current police and crime commissioner, Sean Wright, who was the Cabinet member responsible for children's services on the council between 2005 and 2010, cannot remain in office and should resign with immediate effect.

"Rotherham can then hopefully start to move forward, building on the improvements in the area of addressing child sexual exploitation, as it has in the past few of years, with a new leader in post and a fresh and zealous approach to the protection of our children and young people."

Powell Was Right, Says Senior Tory.

Oh, the tides, they are a-turning. After decades of being told that we were privileged to be living in a multicultural society, that all cultures are equal, that immigration was a benefit to us & that Islam is a religion of peace, a senior Tory has surveyed the moral landscape in which we now find ourselves & declared that the Jeremiah who saw this coming, & inveighed against it with such alacrity, & to his own detriment & enduring opprobrium, was right all along.

In this national & cultural reawakening, whereby the English recognise the imminence of their eclipse within their own homeland, the rehabilitation of Enoch Powell seems almost natural. It does, however, require some courage to be the first one in public life to proclaim that the multicultural project has utterly failed (David Cameron's half-hearted aside to that effect before the 2010 election hardly counts) & this is why we must congratulate Sir Gerald Howarth on his audacity & candour, but with one caveat: one must specify that it is Islam that is causing the ethical degradation of our society.

The Jews, Hindus, Sikhs, Buddhists & whatever other brand of imaginary friend worshipper cause no problem to us & offer no challenge to our way of life. It is, therefore, a shame that he used the term 'non-Christian' in describing the source of the national canker, as reported by The Telegraph on Wednesday (hat-tip to Fjordman @Fjordman1):

Tory MP claims Enoch Powell's 'Rivers of Blood' speech was right
Sir Gerald Howarth claims that immigrants of a 'non-Christian faith' have presented a 'challenge' to British society.

A veteran Conservative MP has claimed that Enoch Powell was right to warn against immigration in his controversial "rivers of blood" speech.

Sir Gerald Howarth, a former defence minister, said that the Tory MP was correct in saying that the influx of immigrants of a "non-Christian" faith has presented a "challenge" to British society.

In a letter to a constituent, Sir Gerald said that the Trojan Horse plot in which extremists attempted to take over schools in Birmingham highlighted the problems.

He said: "Clearly, the arrival of so many people of a non-Christian faith has presented a challenge as so many of us, including the late Enoch Powell, warned decades ago.

"Recent events have illustrated that some of these new arrivals have a very different ethos from traditional Christian schools and we were right to intervene to prevent them from teaching divisive ideology to children born here."

Sir Gerald said that he stood by the letter and said his views had been reinforced by the child sex abuse scandal in Rotherham, where gangs of Asian men groomed and abused children.

He said that it is time for England to "fight back" against political correctness, adding: "If you don't like it, go live somewhere else."

He added: "For 40 years we have been subjected to a left wing political correctness which has stopped the British people from expressing perfectly legitimate and reasonable views. More than 1,400 children in Rochdale have paid the price for decades of political correctness and now people are speaking up."

Mr Powell delivered his 'Rivers of Blood' speech in Birmingham in April 1968, calling for the "repatriation" of non-white immigrants and claiming that the increased diversity would lead to riots. There is no suggestion that Sir Gerald advocated repatriation in his letter to a constituent.

Mr Powell was immediately sacked from the shadow cabinet after his comments by Edward Heath, the then Conservative leader.

Below is the so-called 'Rivers of Blood' speech in full. While it is unfortunate that he misidentified the likely miscreants as being the Sikhs & the 'Negroes', the basic idea of what will happen to our freedoms as a result of this influx & attendant legislation is entirely accurate.

Try reading the passage: "they had to omit their address because it was dangerous to have committed themselves to paper to a Member of Parliament agreeing with the views I had expressed, and that they would risk penalties or reprisals if they were known to have done so. The sense of being a persecuted minority which is growing among ordinary English people in the areas of the country which are affected is something that those without direct experience can hardly imagine." & try to remember that this was a man speaking in 1968, of an imagined future, & not someone commenting upon last week's news:

The supreme function of statesmanship is to provide against preventable evils. In seeking to do so, it encounters obstacles which are deeply rooted in human nature.

One is that by the very order of things such evils are not demonstrable until they have occurred: at each stage in their onset there is room for doubt and for dispute whether they be real or imaginary. By the same token, they attract little attention in comparison with current troubles, which are both indisputable and pressing: whence the besetting temptation of all politics to concern itself with the immediate present at the expense of the future.

Above all, people are disposed to mistake predicting troubles for causing troubles and even for desiring troubles: "If only," they love to think, "if only people wouldn't talk about it, it probably wouldn't happen."

Perhaps this habit goes back to the primitive belief that the word and the thing, the name and the object, are identical.

At all events, the discussion of future grave but, with effort now, avoidable evils is the most unpopular and at the same time the most necessary occupation for the politician. Those who knowingly shirk it deserve, and not infrequently receive, the curses of those who come after.

A week or two ago I fell into conversation with a constituent, a middle-aged, quite ordinary working man employed in one of our nationalised industries.

After a sentence or two about the weather, he suddenly said: "If I had the money to go, I wouldn't stay in this country." I made some deprecatory reply to the effect that even this government wouldn't last for ever; but he took no notice, and continued: "I have three children, all of them been through grammar school and two of them married now, with family. I shan't be satisfied till I have seen them all settled overseas. In this country in 15 or 20 years' time the black man will have the whip hand over the white man."

I can already hear the chorus of execration. How dare I say such a horrible thing? How dare I stir up trouble and inflame feelings by repeating such a conversation?

The answer is that I do not have the right not to do so. Here is a decent, ordinary fellow Englishman, who in broad daylight in my own town says to me, his Member of Parliament, that his country will not be worth living in for his children.

I simply do not have the right to shrug my shoulders and think about something else. What he is saying, thousands and hundreds of thousands are saying and thinking - not throughout Great Britain, perhaps, but in the areas that are already undergoing the total transformation to which there is no parallel in a thousand years of English history.

In 15 or 20 years, on present trends, there will be in this country three and a half million Commonwealth immigrants and their descendants. That is not my figure. That is the official figure given to parliament by the spokesman of the Registrar General's Office.

There is no comparable official figure for the year 2000, but it must be in the region of five to seven million, approximately one-tenth of the whole population, and approaching that of Greater London. Of course, it will not be evenly distributed from Margate to Aberystwyth and from Penzance to Aberdeen. Whole areas, towns and parts of towns across England will be occupied by sections of the immigrant and immigrant-descended population.

As time goes on, the proportion of this total who are immigrant descendants, those born in England, who arrived here by exactly the same route as the rest of us, will rapidly increase. Already by 1985 the native-born would constitute the majority. It is this fact which creates the extreme urgency of action now, of just that kind of action which is hardest for politicians to take, action where the difficulties lie in the present but the evils to be prevented or minimised lie several parliaments ahead.

The natural and rational first question with a nation confronted by such a prospect is to ask: "How can its dimensions be reduced?" Granted it be not wholly preventable, can it be limited, bearing in mind that numbers are of the essence: the significance and consequences of an alien element introduced into a country or population are profoundly different according to whether that element is 1 per cent or 10 per cent.

The answers to the simple and rational question are equally simple and rational: by stopping, or virtually stopping, further inflow, and by promoting the maximum outflow. Both answers are part of the official policy of the Conservative Party.

It almost passes belief that at this moment 20 or 30 additional immigrant children are arriving from overseas in Wolverhampton alone every week - and that means 15 or 20 additional families a decade or two hence. Those whom the gods wish to destroy, they first make mad. We must be mad, literally mad, as a nation to be permitting the annual inflow of some 50,000 dependants, who are for the most part the material of the future growth of the immigrant-descended population. It is like watching a nation busily engaged in heaping up its own funeral pyre. So insane are we that we actually permit unmarried persons to immigrate for the purpose of founding a family with spouses and fiancés whom they have never seen.

Let no one suppose that the flow of dependants will automatically tail off. On the contrary, even at the present admission rate of only 5,000 a year by voucher, there is sufficient for a further 25,000 dependants per annum ad infinitum, without taking into account the huge reservoir of existing relations in this country - and I am making no allowance at all for fraudulent entry. In these circumstances nothing will suffice but that the total inflow for settlement should be reduced at once to negligible proportions, and that the necessary legislative and administrative measures be taken without delay.

I stress the words "for settlement." This has nothing to do with the entry of Commonwealth citizens, any more than of aliens, into this country, for the purposes of study or of improving their qualifications, like (for instance) the Commonwealth doctors who, to the advantage of their own countries, have enabled our hospital service to be expanded faster than would otherwise have been possible. They are not, and never have been, immigrants.

I turn to re-emigration. If all immigration ended tomorrow, the rate of growth of the immigrant and immigrant-descended population would be substantially reduced, but the prospective size of this element in the population would still leave the basic character of the national danger unaffected. This can only be tackled while a considerable proportion of the total still comprises persons who entered this country during the last ten years or so.

Hence the urgency of implementing now the second element of the Conservative Party's policy: the encouragement of re-emigration.

Nobody can make an estimate of the numbers which, with generous assistance, would choose either to return to their countries of origin or to go to other countries anxious to receive the manpower and the skills they represent.

Nobody knows, because no such policy has yet been attempted. I can only say that, even at present, immigrants in my own constituency from time to time come to me, asking if I can find them assistance to return home. If such a policy were adopted and pursued with the determination which the gravity of the alternative justifies, the resultant outflow could appreciably alter the prospects.

The third element of the Conservative Party's policy is that all who are in this country as citizens should be equal before the law and that there shall be no discrimination or difference made between them by public authority. As Mr Heath has put it we will have no "first-class citizens" and "second-class citizens." This does not mean that the immigrant and his descendent should be elevated into a privileged or special class or that the citizen should be denied his right to discriminate in the management of his own affairs between one fellow-citizen and another or that he should be subjected to imposition as to his reasons and motive for behaving in one lawful manner rather than another.

There could be no grosser misconception of the realities than is entertained by those who vociferously demand legislation as they call it "against discrimination", whether they be leader-writers of the same kidney and sometimes on the same newspapers which year after year in the 1930s tried to blind this country to the rising peril which confronted it, or archbishops who live in palaces, faring delicately with the bedclothes pulled right up over their heads. They have got it exactly and diametrically wrong.

The discrimination and the deprivation, the sense of alarm and of resentment, lies not with the immigrant population but with those among whom they have come and are still coming.

This is why to enact legislation of the kind before parliament at this moment is to risk throwing a match on to gunpowder. The kindest thing that can be said about those who propose and support it is that they know not what they do.

Nothing is more misleading than comparison between the Commonwealth immigrant in Britain and the American Negro. The Negro population of the United States, which was already in existence before the United States became a nation, started literally as slaves and were later given the franchise and other rights of citizenship, to the exercise of which they have only gradually and still incompletely come. The Commonwealth immigrant came to Britain as a full citizen, to a country which knew no discrimination between one citizen and another, and he entered instantly into the possession of the rights of every citizen, from the vote to free treatment under the National Health Service.

Whatever drawbacks attended the immigrants arose not from the law or from public policy or from administration, but from those personal circumstances and accidents which cause, and always will cause, the fortunes and experience of one man to be different from another's.

But while, to the immigrant, entry to this country was admission to privileges and opportunities eagerly sought, the impact upon the existing population was very different. For reasons which they could not comprehend, and in pursuance of a decision by default, on which they were never consulted, they found themselves made strangers in their own country.

They found their wives unable to obtain hospital beds in childbirth, their children unable to obtain school places, their homes and neighbourhoods changed beyond recognition, their plans and prospects for the future defeated; at work they found that employers hesitated to apply to the immigrant worker the standards of discipline and competence required of the native-born worker; they began to hear, as time went by, more and more voices which told them that they were now the unwanted. They now learn that a one-way privilege is to be established by act of parliament; a law which cannot, and is not intended to, operate to protect them or redress their grievances is to be enacted to give the stranger, the disgruntled and the agent-provocateur the power to pillory them for their private actions.

In the hundreds upon hundreds of letters I received when I last spoke on this subject two or three months ago, there was one striking feature which was largely new and which I find ominous. All Members of Parliament are used to the typical anonymous correspondent; but what surprised and alarmed me was the high proportion of ordinary, decent, sensible people, writing a rational and often well-educated letter, who believed that they had to omit their address because it was dangerous to have committed themselves to paper to a Member of Parliament agreeing with the views I had expressed, and that they would risk penalties or reprisals if they were known to have done so. The sense of being a persecuted minority which is growing among ordinary English people in the areas of the country which are affected is something that those without direct experience can hardly imagine.

I am going to allow just one of those hundreds of people to speak for me:

"Eight years ago in a respectable street in Wolverhampton a house was sold to a Negro. Now only one white (a woman old-age pensioner) lives there. This is her story. She lost her husband and both her sons in the war. So she turned her seven-roomed house, her only asset, into a boarding house. She worked hard and did well, paid off her mortgage and began to put something by for her old age. Then the immigrants moved in. With growing fear, she saw one house after another taken over. The quiet street became a place of noise and confusion. Regretfully, her white tenants moved out.

"The day after the last one left, she was awakened at 7am by two Negroes who wanted to use her 'phone to contact their employer. When she refused, as she would have refused any stranger at such an hour, she was abused and feared she would have been attacked but for the chain on her door. Immigrant families have tried to rent rooms in her house, but she always refused. Her little store of money went, and after paying rates, she has less than £2 per week. "She went to apply for a rate reduction and was seen by a young girl, who on hearing she had a seven-roomed house, suggested she should let part of it. When she said the only people she could get were Negroes, the girl said, "Racial prejudice won't get you anywhere in this country." So she went home.

"The telephone is her lifeline. Her family pay the bill, and help her out as best they can. Immigrants have offered to buy her house - at a price which the prospective landlord would be able to recover from his tenants in weeks, or at most a few months. She is becoming afraid to go out. Windows are broken. She finds excreta pushed through her letter box. When she goes to the shops, she is followed by children, charming, wide-grinning piccaninnies. They cannot speak English, but one word they know. "Racialist," they chant. When the new Race Relations Bill is passed, this woman is convinced she will go to prison. And is she so wrong? I begin to wonder."

The other dangerous delusion from which those who are wilfully or otherwise blind to realities suffer, is summed up in the word "integration." To be integrated into a population means to become for all practical purposes indistinguishable from its other members.

Now, at all times, where there are marked physical differences, especially of colour, integration is difficult though, over a period, not impossible. There are among the Commonwealth immigrants who have come to live here in the last fifteen years or so, many thousands whose wish and purpose is to be integrated and whose every thought and endeavour is bent in that direction.

But to imagine that such a thing enters the heads of a great and growing majority of immigrants and their descendants is a ludicrous misconception, and a dangerous one.

We are on the verge here of a change. Hitherto it has been force of circumstance and of background which has rendered the very idea of integration inaccessible to the greater part of the immigrant population - that they never conceived or intended such a thing, and that their numbers and physical concentration meant the pressures towards integration which normally bear upon any small minority did not operate.

Now we are seeing the growth of positive forces acting against integration, of vested interests in the preservation and sharpening of racial and religious differences, with a view to the exercise of actual domination, first over fellow-immigrants and then over the rest of the population. The cloud no bigger than a man's hand, that can so rapidly overcast the sky, has been visible recently in Wolverhampton and has shown signs of spreading quickly. The words I am about to use, verbatim as they appeared in the local press on 17 February, are not mine, but those of a Labour Member of Parliament who is a minister in the present government:

'The Sikh communities' campaign to maintain customs inappropriate in Britain is much to be regretted. Working in Britain, particularly in the public services, they should be prepared to accept the terms and conditions of their employment. To claim special communal rights (or should one say rites?) leads to a dangerous fragmentation within society. This communalism is a canker; whether practised by one colour or another it is to be strongly condemned.'

All credit to John Stonehouse for having had the insight to perceive that, and the courage to say it.

For these dangerous and divisive elements the legislation proposed in the Race Relations Bill is the very pabulum they need to flourish. Here is the means of showing that the immigrant communities can organise to consolidate their members, to agitate and campaign against their fellow citizens, and to overawe and dominate the rest with the legal weapons which the ignorant and the ill-informed have provided. As I look ahead, I am filled with foreboding; like the Roman, I seem to see "the River Tiber foaming with much blood."

That tragic and intractable phenomenon which we watch with horror on the other side of the Atlantic but which there is interwoven with the history and existence of the States itself, is coming upon us here by our own volition and our own neglect. Indeed, it has all but come. In numerical terms, it will be of American proportions long before the end of the century.

Only resolute and urgent action will avert it even now. Whether there will be the public will to demand and obtain that action, I do not know. All I know is that to see, and not to speak, would be the great betrayal.

Let the Infighting Begin: Abbas Blames Hamas for Jihad against Israel.

"Allah made the Jews leave their homes by terrorising them so that you killed some & made many captive. And He made you inherit their lands, their homes & their wealth. He gave you a country you had not traversed before." So raves the pagan rock idol, later hijacked by Mohammed & crammed into a Yahweh-shaped hole, Allah, in his very own demented tome of tripe, the Koran, in verse 33:26.

Muslims, at least, those Muslims who take their Islam seriously, hate Jews. Allah tells them to hate Jews. This accounts for the rabid enmity displayed towards Israel. Don't go believing any propaganda about apartheid states or ethnic cleansing or occupations, it's all lies. It's taqiyya, the Islamic doctrinally approved practice of deceiving the infidel in order to further the cause of Allah.

Thus we may wonder, as the inhabitants of Gaza shake the dust off themselves & survey the devastation around them, to what extent they can go on blaming each other for their predicament. No matter who said what to whom & when, & why it went on for so long, but whose fault was it for starting in the first place? Why did Hamas begin firing rockets at Israel as soon as the IDF vacated the place in 2005?

Does Allah not bear a heavy proportion of the blame for this carnage? No? Well not according to Mahmoud Abbas, in any case, as reported by The Daily Star yesterday:

Abbas blames Hamas for prolonging Gaza war

Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas blamed Hamas Friday for needlessly extending fighting with Israel in the Gaza Strip, casting doubt on the future of the Palestinian unity government that the group backs.

The remarks by Abbas come a few days after Israel and Hamas militants reached a truce after 50 bitter days of fighting.

At least 2,140 Palestinians were killed, mainly civilians. Seventy one people on the Israeli side, including six civilians were killed.

Several Egyptian mediated cease-fire attempts during the conflict failed. Hamas eventually accepted almost the same truce offered at the beginning.

"It was possible for us to avoid all of that, 2,000 martyrs, 10,000 injured, 50,000 houses (destroyed)," Abbas told Palestine TV in remarks broadcast Friday. He said Hamas had insisted on discussing demands first before ending the cease-fire, which only served to prolong the violence.

The war began after three Israeli teens were killed in the occupied West Bank by Hamas operatives in June, prompting Israel to arrest hundreds of Hamas members there. Rocket fire from Gaza on Israeli cities then escalated and Israel launched a massive air and later ground campaign in retaliation. Fighting lasted almost two months.

Egyptian mediators tried early on to get the sides to agree to a cease-fire. Several temporary truces were broken by Gaza militants.

Abbas
Regev
"The Egyptian formula was on the table on July 15th, it was backed by the Arab League, it was accepted by Israel but rejected by Hamas then and now more than a month later has belatedly been accepted by Hamas," Israeli government spokesman Mark Regev said.

"As the dust clears from the conflict I'm sure many people in Gaza will be asking why did Hamas reject a month ago what it accepted today, and if it had accepted then what it accepted now, how much bloodshed could have been avoided."

The two sides agreed Tuesday to an open-ended truce. The cease-fire brought an immediate end to the fighting but left key issues unresolved. Hamas immediately declared victory, even though it has very little to show for the war.

While Israel agreed to loosen a long-standing blockade to allow humanitarian aid and reconstruction materials into Gaza, many of the border restrictions will remain in place. Hamas, meanwhile, rejected Israel's demands that it disarm.

These deeper matters are to be addressed in indirect talks in Egypt next month.

Abbas, whose Palestinian Authority formed a unity government backed by Hamas earlier this year questioned the future of that arrangement in the interview.

The unity government was meant to put an end to the animosity between the two Palestinian groups from when Hamas overran Gaza in 2007, ousting forces from the Fatah party, led by the Western-backed secular Abbas, in bloody street battles. Abbas has since governed only in parts of the West Bank, and Hamas has ruled Gaza.

Abbas is eager to regain a foothold in Gaza. With the international community shunning Hamas as a terrorist group, Abbas would be likely to operate Gaza's borders and oversee internationally funded reconstruction efforts.

"They (Hamas) have a shadow government, if this continues it means no unity. The test is coming soon. The government needs to do its job and handle everything," Abbas said. "I'm not saying everything needs to come to an end in one moment, this is a seven-year split that needs months or years," Abbas said.

Four Beheaded in Sinai.

"Truly, if the Hypocrites stir up sedition, if the agitators in the City do not desist, We shall urge you to go against them & set you over them. Then they will not be able to stay as your neighbours for any length of time. They shall have a curse on them. Whenever they are found, they shall be seized & slain without mercy – a fierce slaughter – murdered, a horrible murdering." So says Allah, positively drooling in anticipation of the fierce slaughter, in his book that reads like a random word generator during a power surge, the Koran, in verse 33:60.

'Hypocrite', in this context, means any Muslim not vehement enough in their Islam to wage jihad upon non-Muslims, or enforce shari'ah upon everyone around them. Cooperating with the secular authorities of Egypt, since they overthrew the Muslim Brotherhood, would certainly qualify as hypocrisy in the eyes of any drooling, swivel-eyed savage with a knife. Thus, a video has emerged of said drooling savage beheading four hapless contractors in the Sinai, as reported by Al Arabiya on Thursday (hat-tip to Tarek Fatah ਤਾਰਿਕ @TarekFatah):

Video shows beheading of four Egyptians in Sinai

A Sinai-based militant group has posted an online video showing the beheading of four Egyptians, saying they had provided Israel with intelligence for an airstrike that killed three of its fighters.

The Ansar Beit al-Maqdis group, whose name means Champions of Jerusalem in Arabic, posted a 30-minute video showing detailed confessions of the four men. The men are then blindfolded and beheaded by masked militants.

An Egyptian security official confirmed the authenticity of the video. He spoke on condition of anonymity because he was not authorized to brief the press, the Associated Press reported.

Four headless corpses were found in the Sinai Peninsula earlier this month, Reuters quoted security sources said as saying – the first time that any decapitations had been made public in Egypt.

The men had been abducted by gunmen two days earlier while driving in the town of Sheikh Zuwaid, which is just a few kilometers from the Gaza Strip.

The filmed killings was reminiscent of images posted on the Internet by Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), which has seized large parts of Iraq and Syria, suggesting Ansar Bayt al-Maqdis might have been inspired by the group, notorious for beheadings and executions.

The Sinai militants are not believed to be officially linked to ISIS insurgents. However, Egyptian intelligence officials say the group has influenced Egyptian militants who are based just over the border with Libya.

The officials say the Libya-based fighters have also established contacts with Ansar Bayt al-Maqdis.

Though the four dead men were civilians, security sources had said initially that they might have been targeted for their perceived allegiance to the police and army.

Militants in the Sinai have stepped up attacks on policemen and soldiers since then-army chief Abdel Fattah al-Sisi toppled President Mohammad Mursi of the Muslim Brotherhood in July 2013.

The attacks initially targeted security forces in Sinai - a remote but strategic part of Egypt located between Israel, the Gaza Strip and the Suez Canal - but they have since extended their reach, with bombings on the mainland.

Free World Prepares for Terrorist Onslaught.

"Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the last day, nor do they prohibit what Allah & His Messenger have prohibited, nor follow the religion of truth, out of those who have been given the Book, until they pay the jizya in acknowledgement of superiority & they are in a state of subjection." So says Allah, in a message of hate & subjugation, in his putrid & preposterous book, the Koran, in verse 9:29. Muslims are enjoined to relegate the native English people who host them to a second class dhimmi status, who pay them the usurious jizya tax & feel ourselves subdued.

This is the purpose of Islamic terrorism; whatever the mendacious, grievance-mongering apologists for the Muslim community may tell you, it has nothing to do with Western foreign policy or mores. Muslims want supremacy over us, Allah tells them to seize it.

Thus, whatever the various doings & abominations that may be occurring in Syria & Iraq, & whatever our response to them, we are always going to be the target for Islamic savages, born here or from abroad. Therefore, we are always going to have to be on high alert for Muslim attempts to wreak havoc & carnage upon us, as long as Islam exists, regardless of the government's announcement of threat levels, as reported by Reuters yesterday:

Britain raises its terrorism threat level over Syria, Iraq

Britain raised its terrorism alert on Friday to the second-highest level with Prime Minister David Cameron saying the Islamic State (IS) group operating in Syria and Iraq posed the country's greatest ever security risk.

The government said there was no evidence an attack was imminent but the assessment of the latest intelligence by security chiefs justified elevating the international threat level to "severe", meaning a strike was "highly likely".

"What we're facing in Iraq now with ISIL (IS) is a greater and deeper threat to our security than we have known before," said Cameron, adding he was "absolutely satisfied that ISIL ... would make specific threats to the UK".

It is the first time since mid-2011 that Britain has been placed on this grade of alert by the Joint Terrorism Analysis Centre (JTAC), the independent body responsible for setting the national threat level.

The national threat level was first published in 2006, just over a year after four British Islamists carried out suicide bombings on London's transport network killing 52 people.

Police chiefs said raising the level to severe would mean a rise in the level of visible patrols, along with other security and protection measures.

Cameron
Earnest
White House spokesman John Earnest [actually Josh Earnest] said: "This is a threat that the United States has been focused on. We've been coordinating closely with our allies, both the Brits, but others in Europe, about countering this threat and mitigating it."

The British move comes less than two weeks after a video released by IS showed the beheading of U.S. journalist James Foley, by a masked knifeman apparently speaking English with a London accent. An investigation to identify the suspected attacker is in train.

Foley's murder prompted demands for extra security measures to tackle Britons travelling to the Middle East to join militant groups. Officials have warned that some who had gone to Syria or Iraq might return to Britain to carry out attacks.

British and European authorities have been warning for many months the Syrian conflict posed a serious terrorism threat, but no specific reason was given why JTAC had raised its alert.

"The increase in the threat level is related to developments in Syria and Iraq where terrorist groups are planning attacks against the West," Home Secretary (interior minister) Theresa May said in a statement.

"Some of those plots are likely to involve foreign fighters who have travelled there from the UK and Europe to take part in those conflicts."

BRITONS IN IRAQ, SYRIA

May
Hogan-Howe
Officials estimate at least 500 Britons have travelled to Syria or Iraq, where IS has seized large swathes of territory, and London's police chief Bernard Hogan-Howe said on Wednesday it was believed some 250 had since returned.

Counter-terrorism police say there have been 69 arrests linked to fighting in Syria this year, a fivefold rise in the arrest rate compared to last year.

Cameron said he would unveil new laws on Monday to make it harder for Britons to travel to Syria and Iraq to fight, and to tackle radicalisation among Britain's 2.7 million Muslims.

"This will include further steps to stop people travelling, with new legislation that will make it easier to take people's passports away," he told a news conference, adding the cause of the threat was a "poisonous ideology of Islamic extremism".

The alert has twice been raised to the highest level of critical - meaning an attack is imminent - after a plot to blow up transatlantic airliners was thwarted in 2006 and the next year after attempted car bombings in London and Glasgow.

Security chiefs say they have managed to stop at least one major terrorism plot every year since the 2005 bombings, known as the 7/7 attacks, but last year an off-duty soldier was murdered on a London street by two British Muslim converts in what the government described as a terrorist killing.

However, Muslims and some experts have cautioned against Britain rushing through new laws. Muslim groups have criticised a "knee-jerk" reaction from politicians which they said could simply backfire.

Al-Qaeda Affiliate Snatches Dozens of UN Troops like Lambs.

"So, when you clash with the unbelieving Infidels in battle, smite their necks until you overpower them, killing & wounding many of them. At length, when you have thoroughly subdued them, bind them firmly, making captives. Thereafter, either generosity or ransom until the war lays down its burdens. Thus are you commanded by Allah to continue carrying out Jihad against the unbelieving infidels until they submit to Islam." So Allah tells his demented devotees, in his very own special book, that he wrote all by himself, with no help from Mohammed, the Koran, in verse 47:4.

You see, Islam's not just about bloodthirsty slicing of throats & blowing people up, oh no. Sometimes it's about kidnap for ransom. Not as much fun as piling up severed heads in a pyramid, but far more lucrative. At least, that is what we hope has happened to the dozens of UN 'peacekeepers' scooped up by Jabhat al-Nusra near the Golan Heights, as reported by JerusalemOnline today:

REPORT: Dozens of UN Soldiers Were Kidnapped Near the Quneitra Crossing
A radical Islamist organization affiliated with Al Qaeda kidnapped dozens of UN forces stationed in Syria, the Arabic language media reported. The kidnappings apparently took place in the framework of the fierce fighting between rebel forces and Assad's near the border crossing with Israel.

The Arabic language media reported that the extremist Islamist organization the Al Nusra Front, which led the fighting against Assad's forces along the Border Crossing, kidnapped several dozen UNDOF forces, which is responsible for maintaining security within the region.

From the reports on this subject, it is not clear when the UN forces were taken prisoner. Yesterday, the Al Nusra Front, which is affiliated with Al Qaeda, took over the Syrian side of the border crossing, which was actually the last area along the border that was still in Assad's hands.

According to the report, the rebels had begun firing artillery shells at Assad's forces in Quneitra and then proceeded to gain control of the Syrian side of the border crossing, which mostly serves the UN forces in the region. The rebels claim that they took control of the city, but the UN argued that they cannot permit the city and the border crossing to fall into their hands.

Earlier in the day, the Arabic language media reported that aircraft belonging to Bashar Assad attacked during the night several locations under the control of the rebels near the Syrian-Israeli border. The attack from Assad's military occurred in the background of the battle against rebel forces near the border.

Al-Qaeda Inciting Terror in USA & UK.

"Fight & kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait & ambush them using every stratagem of war." So Allah drools, urging his inbred & deluded followers to commit acts of senseless violence upon the usual bystanders, in his book, considered perfect & eternal by Muslims, but inchoate & laughable by everyone else, the Koran, in verse 9:5. The fact that this is considered to be the most important verse in that dross of piffle tells you something about the priorities of the entire evil doctrine.

Al-Qaeda have brought out the first edition of a new magazine called, unbelievably, Palestine-Betrayal of the Guilty Conscience Al-Malahem & featuring fun recipes for constructing IEDs à la the Tsarnaev brothers. The article also suggests where, when & who to target, so Allah's stipulation: "kill the disbelievers wherever you find them" could turn out to mean the food court at M&S, Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas or the Borsch Belt in the Catskills, as reported by Fox News today (hat-tip to RedNationRising @RedNationRising):

Al Qaeda magazine hints of looming attack; urges bombing of Vegas, military targets

A new English-language Al Qaeda magazine features a how-to article on making car bombs and suggests terror targets in the United States, including casinos in Las Vegas, oil tankers and military colleges, and implies that an attack is imminent.

The online publication, called "Palestine-Betrayal of the Guilty Conscience Al-Malahem" and put out by the media arm of Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, or AQAP, calls for Muslims around the world to follow "the recipe" provided to set off car bombs in crowded venues. It includes a timeline of "selected jihadi operations" that the Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI), which first flagged the slickly-produced latest edition of the terror publication, finds chilling.

"The timeline concludes with the date 201?' and blank spaces and question marks for the photo and information of the next attack -- implying that it is coming soon." said MEMRI Executive Director Steve Stalinsky.

There is a suggested list of targets for lone-wolf, or individually executed, terror attacks, including New York's Times Square, casinos and night clubs in Las Vegas, oil tankers and trains, the Georgia Military College, the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, and General Atomics defense contractor in San Diego.

"This recipe gives you the ability to make a car bomb even in countries with tight security and surveillance," one article reads, before providing a "shopping list" of supplies needed to make such a bomb, including cooking gas, oxygen gas, a barometer, decoration lamps and matches.

There is also a list of targets in Britain including a military academy and the Marks and Spencers chain of department stores. The magazine calls for the stores to be hit on Friday during prayers so that Muslims won't be affected.

Globally, AQAP calls for the targeting of tourist resorts frequented by Israelis, Britons and Americans.

In a nine-page spread entitled, "How to make a bomb in the kitchen of your mom," the magazine details a do-it-yourself, illustrated guide on assembling a pressure-cooker bomb similar to the ones used in the Boston Marathon bombings.

"My Muslim brother, before you start reading the instructions, remember that this type of operation if prepared well and an appropriate target is chosen and Allah decrees success for you, history will never forget it. It will be recorded as a crushing defeat on the enemies of Islam," the article says.

The "Palestine" magazine is a spin-off of AQAP's Inspire magazine, which mainly encourages and instructs jihadi recruits to carry out lone-wolf attack in the West. This new magazine is meant to play upon the recent anti-Israel and anti-U.S. sentiments brought about by the conflict between Hamas and Israel.

"Both AQAP and IS, as well as every other Al-Qaeda branch and offshoot is relying on U.S. social media companies including Twitter and YouTube for their cyber-Jihad efforts," said Stalinsky, whose organization monitors the online and media activity of Jihadi groups and reported on the release of this publication.

This list comes as U.S. intelligence investigates the increased chances of a terror attack on American soil as Islamic State militants continue on their rampage in Iraq and Syria.

On Tuesday, the Pentagon confirmed reports of the death on a Syrian battlefield of American Douglas McCain, of San Diego, who was recruited to Syria to fight for IS. Now, the Free Syrian Army is reporting that a second American may have died in the same battle.

"There could be some envy by AQAP that IS is now getting all the headlines," Stalinsky said in response to the probability of an Al Qaeda-backed attack.

More Mass Murder in Syria by the Islamic State.

"Truly, if the Hypocrites stir up sedition, if the agitators in the City do not desist, We shall urge you to go against them & set you over them. Then they will not be able to stay as your neighbours for any length of time. They shall have a curse on them. Whenever they are found, they shall be seized & slain without mercy – a fierce slaughter – murdered, a horrible murdering." So rants Allah, in the book that resembles a manuscript that has been put through a shredder, the Koran, in verse 33:60.

'Hypocrites', in this context, means anyone who calls himself a Muslim but fails to live up to expectations. In the eyes of the swivel-eyed savages of the Islamic State, this would be a soldier of the largely secular Assad regime, scores of whom were captured at Tabqa air base in Raqqa province, & executed without mercy. They were herded in their underwear, if the video uploaded to YouTube today (hat-tip to Blazing Cat Fur) & embedded below is to be believed, shot, & their bodies piled like cordwood.

Apostate form Islam Thrown off Balcony in Nairobi.

'Ali burnt some people & this news reached Ibn Abbas, who said, "Had I been in his place I would not have burnt them, as the Prophet said, 'Don't punish (anybody) with Allah's Punishment.' No doubt, I would have killed them, for the Prophet said, 'If somebody (a Muslim) discards his religion, kill him.'"' So says the most authoritative compilation of ahadith in Islamic scripture, Sahih Bukhari, in volume four, book 52, number 260.

Mohammed wanted people who left his newfangled farce of a religion to be killed &, as Mohammed was the most perfect of all men (according to Muslims), what Mohammed wants, Mohammed gets. This is why those people who have had the misfortune to be born into this ugly death cult, but the acumen to sit up & say: "Oh my giddy aunt, this is utter utter utter crap!" live in credible fear of their lives. What can happen to such a person who is found out by the frothing followers of Mohammed is demonstrated by this article from Morning Star News yesterday (hat-tip to The Religion of Peace):

Somali Christian in Kenya Beaten, Thrown Off Fourth-Floor Balcony
Muslim extremists in Nairobi attack convert from Islam.

A secret Christian of Somali ancestry is still in pain as he recovers from a Muslim extremist attack here that left him in a coma for five days.

Five Somali immigrant Muslims on Aug. 15 threw Mohammed Ali, a 30-year-old convert from Islam, from a fourth-story apartment building in Nairobi's Eastleigh area, according to a friend. Ali, who lives in another area and is receiving treatment at Kenyatta National Hospital, was helping the friend to move.

"Mohammed left Eastleigh six years ago after escaping an attack," said his wife, whose name is undisclosed for security reasons. "I had been telling him to be careful of the Muslims at Eastleigh, as they are not happy with his conversion to Christianity."

Ali and his wife have two daughters, 5 and 3.

Ali and the friend were waiting at the friend's place in Eastleigh, which has a large population of Somali immigrants, for a vehicle to transport household items in the move. Told to wait until 5 p.m., at that hour they called the driver, who said he was held up in a traffic jam. They continued to wait.

At 9 p.m., they heard a knock on the door. Ali's friend, whose name is undisclosed for security reasons, went to open it thinking the driver of the transport vehicle had arrived. As he opened the door, one of five men told him, "We are looking for Mohammed," the friend said.

Ali's friend told them that it was late and that they should come back to see him early in the morning, but they pushed their way in, pulled Ali out of the room and threw him over a balcony from the fourth-floor apartment building.

His speech and memory impaired, Ali was able to speak with Morning Star News for no more than one minute.

"I just found myself in the hospital bed," he said. "How I got into the hospital, I do not know."

A doctor at the hospital said Ali's bladder was injured. A deep wound to his stomach appeared to indicate he had been slashed with a knife.

Ali said someone may have set him up to be attacked. His wife and others said they believe he was deliberately made to wait at his friend's place in order to provide a more isolated moment for the assailants to try to kill him.

"My husband left the house and did not come back, and that very day I received a telephone call from the police informing me that Mohammed had been attacked," his wife said.

The hospital bill has surpassed 100,000 Kenyan shillings (US$1,110), she added.

"I am appealing to well-wishers to help us settle the hospital bill as well as support us at this trying moment," she said.

Ali, born to Somalis in northern Kenya, has served as a Bible teacher and discipleship mentor for the Somali church in an undisclosed area of Nairobi. He said he became a Christian 15 years ago.

Members of the underground Christian community in Nairobi – most Somalis even in Kenya cannot worship openly before their immigrant countrymen, as leaving Islam is a crime punishable by death in Somalia – said that Ali's survival was a miracle.

Kenya is 83 percent Christian while only 8 percent are Muslim, according to Operation World.

Taqiyya at Its Most Blatant: UK ISIS Terrorists Doing 'Humanitarian Work.'

  1. Narrated Abu Hurayrah: The Prophet said, "Khosrau will be ruined, & there will be no Khosrau after him, & Caesar will surely be ruined & there will be no Caesar after him, & you will spend their treasures in Allah's Cause." He called, "War is deceit."
  2. Narrated Abu Hurayrah: Allah's Apostle called: "War is deceit."
  3. Narrated Jabir bin Abdullah: The Prophet said, "War is deceit."

So says the most trusted compilation of ahadith in Islamic scripture, Sahih Bukhari, in volume four, book 52. Most of what we hear from Muslims in this country, concerning the various & sundry atrocities committed by their fellow Muslims here & around the world, consists of lies aimed at deflecting blame onto the victims or onto the West.

This is mandated by Islamic scripture, as seen above, & it has a name: taqiyya, the Islamic doctrine of deceiving the infidel. This habit runs so deep in some Muslims that they cannot tell when the game is up & consequently make utter fools of themselves.

A case on point is the Labour MP Yasmin Qureshi, who has said that UK Muslims fighting for the genocidal Islamic State in Iraq & Syria are doing 'humanitarian work'. One has to wonder who she thinks she is kidding. One also has to wonder what the Labour Party plan to do about this miscreant in their ranks, or whether the views so poorly expressed in this article from Breitbart-London on Tuesday (hat-tip to RICHARD KEMP @COLRICHARDKEMP) form any part of Labour Party policy:

Labour MP: British Muslims Are Doing 'Humanitarian Work' in Iraq/Syria, Joining ISIS No Different to Joining Israeli Army

Labour Member of Parliament Yasmin Qureshi has caused outrage after comparing the idea of young British Muslims joining ISIS to the idea of young Jewish Britons joining the Israel Defence Forces.

Qureshi, who has previously had to apologise for offence caused by comparing the situation in Gaza to the Holocaust, also claimed that most British Muslims going to Iraq and Syria were going for "humanitarian reasons" in a bizarre Sky News interview yesterday.

She said:

"From my understand [sic], most have gone to actually help people so its been humanitarian work. We understand now from some the [sic] intelligence services giving us information, that some perhaps are... in... doing other things other than humanitarian work. But we know... but what we don't have enough information is what is the actual numbers [sic] who are perhaps fighting with the Syrian coalition force who we are funding and supporting, how many doing humanitarian work, and how many are actually, sort of involved with Isis specifically as opposed to other groups that are out there?

"So I think it is important that we should have some ideas to have an idea of the numbers. Because I'm not, to be honest, convinced that the numbers as high as its been made out to be. We are told an English accent was heard in the sad and deplorable execution of James Foley, somehow suggests, you know, that a whole swathe of young Muslims from Britain there who gonna come back [sic] and... um... sort of cause a complete chaos here.

"I think that is perhaps not made out, certainly not by the facts we have been given."

Asked about the number of British Muslims who have gone to fight in Syria versus the number of British Muslims who joined the British army – the "crisis of loyalty" – Qureshi delved into deeply offensive territory, by claiming that British Jews who joined the legitimate army of the democratic State of Israel were no different from British Muslims who joined terrorist group ISIS:

"I think... firstly... we have young people from this country going join [sic] the IDF and I don't think anybody there calls into question the loyalty between joining the British Army and perhaps joining an Israeli army. So why is it that just because some Muslims, youngsters, wrongly go out to fight a cause that they think is the right cause, like for example we had in Franco's fascism [sic] we had young men in this country who went there to fight against him... I think just the fact that some people have gone out does not question the loyalty of ninety nine nine point nine percent [sic] of British Muslims to Britain. So I think it is important to separate those two things."

Qureshi placed the blame for radical Islam at the feet of the West, saying that "the policies we have pursued over the last 30-50 years in the whole of the Middle East has led us to the point we have now."

Speaking on Home Secretary Theresa May's proposals on radicalisation, Qureshi said: "we must deal with extremism, whether it Islamic, whether is BNP [sic], EDL, whether its even neo-cons, because a lot of their policies have caused problems in the Middle East."

There are currently thought to be 100 British Jews fighting with the IDF, an ally of Britain, whereas estimates place the number of British Muslims fighting for the terrorist organisation ISIS at between 500 and 1500.

Again with the Asians, No One Will Say the 'I' Word when Discussing Rapejihad.

  1. When we reached Khaybar, Mohammed said that Allah had enabled him to conquer them. It was then that the beauty of Safiyah was described to him. Her husband had been killed, so Allah's Apostle selected her for himself. He took her along with him till we reached a place called Sad where her menses were over & he took her for his wife, consummating his marriage to her, & forcing her to wear the veil.
  2. The Muslims said among themselves, 'Will Safiyah be one of the Prophet's wives or just a lady captive & one of his possessions?'

So says Sahih Bukhari, in volume five, book 59. Sahih Bukhari is the most trusted compilation of anecdotes of Mohammed's conduct that Islamic scripture possesses. As Islam has no sense of natural morality, Mohammed's example, or traditions, or sunnah are all Muslims have to guide their own actions.

Mohammed is considered to be the most excellent example of conduct for Muslims to emulate. Since Sahih Bukhari tells us that Mohammed was a rapist who captured non-Muslim women & exploited them as sex slaves, we inevitably see Muslims the world over doing the same.

The recently emerged debacle in Rotherham has been a case in point; girls as young as eleven taken from the school gates & forced into sexual slavery, often at the threat of violence, & shared with other depraved followers of this most disgusting of all the prophets. It is little better than the atrocities happening in Nigeria, where Boko Haram kidnapped 200 schoolgirls from Chibok & sold them into slavery. The same has occurred in Iraq with large numbers of Yazidi women.

One can almost forgive these ignorant wretches for the crimes they commit. Their upbringing in Islam has left them bereft of any understanding of the difference between right & wrong. 'They know not what they do' could legitimately be said to apply to them.

Not so our own authorities, those charged with the protection of the vulnerable & the investigation of criminal allegations. Their moral compasses had not been stamped upon by mullahs during their formative years. They were just too weak-willed & cowardly to go against the prevailing culture of multiculturalism & political correctness to display even the most basic human decency in the discharging of their duties. They even arrested the parents of victims, as they tried to rescue their own daughters from rape-houses.

The cowardice does not stop at the police & social workers. Even after successive cases up & down this country involving Muslims raping vulnerable English girls, our press lacks the courage to call a spade a spade & say that this has anything to do with Islam. They rely instead on the racial term 'Asian' implying that Sikhs & Hindus are equally culpable, this report from The Telegraph on Tuesday being a case in point:

Rotherham sex abuse scandal: 1,400 children exploited by Asian gangs while authorities turned a blind eye
Damning report lays bare 16 years of child sexual exploitation in Rotherham and accuses council bosses and police chiefs of 'blatant' failings

More than 1,400 children were sexually abused over a 16 year period by gangs of paedophiles after police and council bosses turned a blind eye for fear of being labelled racist, a damning report has concluded.

Senior officials were responsible for "blatant" failures that saw victims, some as young as 11, being treated with contempt and categorised as being "out of control" or simply ignored when they asked for help.

In some cases, parents who tried to rescue their children from abusers were themselves arrested. Police officers even dismissed the rape of children by saying that sex had been consensual.

Downing Street on Tuesday night described the failure to halt the abuse in Rotherham, South Yorkshire, as "appalling".

Following the publication of the report, the leader of Rotherham council, Roger Stone, resigned, but no other council employees will face disciplinary proceedings after it was claimed that there was not enough evidence to take action.

There were calls for Shaun Wright, the Police and Crime Commissioner for South Yorkshire, to step down after it emerged that he was the councillor with responsibility for children's services in Rotherham for part of the period covered by the report.

Details of the appalling depravity in the town and the systemic failures that allowed it to continue were laid out in a report published by Professor Alexis Jay, the former chief inspector of social work in Scotland. Victims were gang raped, while others were groomed and trafficked across northern England by groups of mainly Asian men.

When children attempted to expose the abuse, they were threatened with guns, warned that their loved ones would be raped and, in one case, doused in petrol and told they would be burnt alive.

Prof Jay wrote: "No one knows the true scale of child sexual exploitation in Rotherham over the years. Our conservative estimate is that approximately 1,400 children were sexually exploited over the full inquiry period, from 1997 to 2013.

"It is hard to describe the appalling nature of the abuse that child victims suffered. They were raped by multiple perpetrators, trafficked to other towns and cities in the north of England, abducted, beaten, and intimidated."

She added: "There were examples of children who had been doused in petrol and threatened with being set alight, threatened with guns, made to witness brutally violent rapes and threatened they would be next if they told anyone."

The report pinned the blame squarely on failings within the leadership of South Yorkshire Police and Rotherham council.

Prof Jay said: "Within social care, the scale and seriousness of the problem was underplayed by senior managers. At an operational level, the police gave no priority to child sex exploitation, regarding many child victims with contempt and failing to act on their abuse as a crime."

It emerged that there had been three previous reports into the problem which had been suppressed or ignored by officials, either because they did not like or did not believe the findings.

Tuesday's report concluded that by far the majority of perpetrators were Asian men, and said council officials had been unwilling to address the issue for fear of being labelled racist.

The report stated: "Some councillors seemed to think it was a one-off problem, which they hoped would go away. Several staff described their nervousness about identifying the ethnic origins of perpetrators for fear of being thought racist; others remembered clear direction from their managers not to do so."

For years, the police failed to get a grip of the problem, dismissing many of the victims as "out of control" or as "undesirables" who were not worthy of police protection.

The report was commissioned by Rotherham council following the conviction in 2010 of five men who were given lengthy jail terms after being found guilty of grooming teenage girls for sex.

Police said they are currently dealing with 32 live investigations into child sexual exploitation in Rotherham and in the past 12 months 15 people have been prosecuted or charged.

Other similar high-profile cases followed in towns and cities including Rochdale, Derby and Oxford.

A No 10 spokesman said: "The failings of local agencies exposed by this inquiry are appalling.

"We are determined that the lessons of past failures must be learned and that those who have exploited these children are brought to justice."

John Cameron, of the NSPCC, said: "This report is truly damning and highlights consistent failures to protect children from sexual abuse at the hands of predatory groups of men.

"It appears there was at a senior level a collective blindness over many years to the suffering of children who endured almost incomprehensible levels of violence and intimidation. Many of these children were already extremely vulnerable and the manner in which they were let down by agencies entrusted to protect them is appalling. It is quite astonishing that even when front-line staff raised concerns these were not acted upon so allowing devastating child sexual exploitation to go unchallenged."

Responding to the criticism levelled at the police, Chief Superintendent Jason Harwin, the district commander for Rotherham, issued an unreserved apology to all the victims of child sexual exploitation (CSE).

"We have completely overhauled the way in which we deal with child sexual exploitation and that's been recognised in the report and by Her Majesty's Inspectorate of Constabulary earlier this year," he said.

He added: "I accept that our recent successes in tackling CSE will not heal the pain of those victims who have been let down but we continue to deal with historic investigations with great success and will continue to thoroughly investigate any new evidence available to us.

"Our staff will relentlessly go wherever the evidence takes them and do everything they can with partners to identify offenders and bring them to justice."

Britain Should Help Clear ISIS Savages, Says Dannatt.

"Fight & kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait & ambush them using every stratagem of war." So says the rock idol Allah, in the most important verse of his preposterous Koran, number 9:5, otherwise known as the verse of the sword.

We all know, damn well, that all those British jihadis over there fighting for their caliphate are going to come back home & wreak havoc upon us. Allah says: "kill the disbelievers wherever you find them." Therefore, we have to make sure they do not come back to the UK, either by revoking their British citizenship, or by killing them over there.

This is why Britain has to get involved in Iraq & Syria now. Last year, the debate had been about intervening in Syria against Assad, now he seems to be a potential ally, as General Sir Richard Dannatt thinks, in this article from The Guardian on Friday:

UK should join US in bombing Isis militants, says ex-head of army
Lord Dannatt also says Britain should open talks with Assad in Syria, after Washington signals it might extend fight against Isis

Britain should join America and start bombing militants from Islamic State (Isis), Richard Dannatt, the former head of the army, has suggested.

In an interview on BBC Radio 4's Today programme on Friday, Lord Dannatt said he thought it was inevitable that Britain would eventually start launching air strikes against Isis.

He also said the government should open talks with the Syrian dictator Bashar al-Assad as part of the campaign against Isis.

His comments about Assad were echoed by Sir Malcolm Rifkind, the Conservative former foreign secretary and chairman of the intelligence and security committee, who said it was sometimes necessary to work with "extremely nasty" people in order to defeat enemies who were even worse.

Dannatt and Rifkind spoke out as Washington signalled that it might extend the fight against Isis. At a news briefing, Martin Dempsey, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, said Isis was an organisation "that has an apocalyptic, end-of-days strategic vision which will eventually have to be defeated".

Until now David Cameron, who is still bruised by the Commons vote against his plans for military intervention in Syria last year, has been wary of getting Britain involved in the military campaign against Isis in Iraq.

Although the Americans have launched air strikes against Isis, the RAF Tornado jets dispatched to the region have only been involved in surveillance.

In the interview, Dannatt, who advised Cameron on military matters before the general election and now sits in the Lords as a crossbencher, said Britain would eventually join the bombing campaign.

Stressing the importance of maintaining the UK's close relationship with the US, he said: "I think the time will come when we will decide that our Tornado jets operating in the region won't just take photographs and produce intelligence; they will start dropping ordinance in conjunction with the Americans."

Dannatt also said the need to intensify the military campaign against Isis would require the west to open negotiations with Assad, even though the US and the UK came close to launching air strikes against his regime last summer following the use of chemical weapons in Syria's civil war.

Asked if Britain should talk to Assad, Dannatt said: "The short answer is yes, I do."

This was important because defeating Isis would involve intervening in Syria, where Isis established a power base before expanding into Iraq, he said.

"The old saying 'my enemy's enemy is my friend' has begun to have some resonance with our relationship in Iran and I think it is going to have to have some resonance with our relationship with Assad," he said.

"I think whether it is above the counter or below the counter, a conversation has got to be held with [Assad] because, if there is any question of air strikes over Syria, it has got to be with the Assad regime's approval."

Rifkind made a similar argument in an interview with the Financial Times.

"[Isis] need to be eliminated and we should not be squeamish about how we do it," Rifkind said.

"Sometimes you have to develop relationships with people who are extremely nasty in order to get rid of people who are even nastier."

Yet More Death in Iraq as Shi'ites Let Loose in Mosque.

"And kill them wherever you find & catch them. Drive them out from where they have turned you out; for Fitna is worse than slaughter." So rants Allah, inciting his demented followers to murder, in a book so violent that if it were translated into Braille it would resemble a cheese-grater, the Koran, in verse 2:191.

'Fitna' means strife of any kind. It could mean non-Muslims holding power or even being allowed to do non-Islamic things, it could mean heresy & it could mean civil war between Muslims. In 692 the 'Second Fitna' ended, spelling the permanent sundering of Sunnis & Shi'ites into two mutually anathematising & slaughtering factions, for the remaining 95% of Islam's duration unto the present day.

As Allah says, fitna is worse than slaughter, making slaughter the lesser of two evils in Muslims' eyes. One would have thought that, given all that is happening in Iraq, any Shi'ites in that godforsaken land would either keep their heads down or go & fight the Islamic State, which is pledged to destroy them. But no, their priorities differ from those of us in the West, who grew up without being brainwashed. They decided to go to a Sunni mosque & murder scores of people, as reported by Reuters on Friday:

Shi'ite militia kill dozens of Iraqi Sunnis in mosque shooting

Iraqi Shi'ite militiamen machine gunned minority Sunni Muslims in a village mosque on Friday, killing dozens just as Baghdad is trying to build a cross-community government to fight Sunni militants whose rise has alarmed Western powers.

A morgue official in Diyala province north of Baghdad said 68 people had been killed in the sectarian attack staged on the Muslim day of prayer. Ambulances took the bodies 60 km (40 miles) to the provincial capital of Baquba, where Iranian-trained Shi'ite militias are powerful and act with impunity.

Attacks on mosques are acutely sensitive and have in the past unleashed a deadly series of revenge killings and counter attacks in Iraq, where violence has returned to the levels of 2006-2007, the peak of a sectarian civil war.

Lawmaker Nahida al-Dayani, who is from Diyala, said about 150 worshippers were at Imam Wais mosque when the militiamen arrived following a roadside bombing which had targeted a security vehicle. "It is a new massacre," said Dayani, a Sunni originally from the village where the attack happened.

"Sectarian militias entered and opened fire at worshippers. Most mosques have no security," she told Reuters. "Some of the victims were from one family. Some women who rushed to see the fate of their relatives at the mosque were killed."

The bloodbath marks a setback for Prime Minister-designate Haider al-Abadi, from the majority Shi'ite community, who is seeking support from Sunnis and ethnic Kurds to take on the Islamic State insurgency that is threatening to tear Iraq apart.

An army major who declined to be named said the gunmen arrived in two pickup trucks after two bombs had gone off at the house of a Shi'ite militia leader, killing three of his men.

A Sunni tribal leader, Salman al-Jibouri, said his community was prepared to respond in kind. "Sunni tribes have been alerted to avenge the killings," he said.

In the northern city of Mosul, Islamic State stoned a man to death, witnesses said, as the United States raised the prospect of tackling jihadist safe havens across the border in Syria.

In a regional conflict which is throwing up dilemmas for governments from Washington to London to Baghdad and Tehran, any U.S. action against Islamic State in Syria would risk making common cause with President Bashar al-Assad - the man it has wanted overthrown in a three-year uprising.
