Jihad Against Vegetable Sellers in Thailand.

Here is another instance of the lie being given to the claim that Islamic terrorism is a result of Western imperialism or racism from white people. This, from Khabar South Asia on Tuesday:

Militants kill couple in Deep South despite Ramadan ceasefire Suspected militants shot and killed a married couple in Narathiwat's Rangae district Sunday (July 21st) despite a negotiated 40-day ceasefire during Ramadan between the Thai government and rebel group Barisan Revolusi Nasional (BRN), local media reported. Songchai Promchan, 40, and his wife, Nittaya Fainareepon, 35, were stopped by two gunmen as they rode home after selling vegetables at Tanyongmas market, according to The Bangkok Post. The couple was ordered off their motorbike and shot in the head multiple times at point-blank range despite pleas for their life, said Jiradej Phrasawarng, chief of Rangae district police station. Ten spent 9mm shells were collected from the scene, according to Jiradej. In a separate incident, a defence volunteer was seriously injured in Pattani's Sai Buri district, The Nation reported. National Security Council secretary general Paradorn Pattanathabut said he would report the incidents to Malaysia, which is hosting the peace talks between the government and the BRN.

What was these people's crime? Their crime was being non-Muslim. As Allah tells us, in his in his own infallible book:

Koran 8:55 And the Jews say: Ezra is the son of Allah; & the Christians say: The Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouths; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away! Koran 9:30 What! He who is obedient during hours of the night, prostrating himself & standing, takes care of the hereafter & hopes for the mercy of his Lord! Say: Are those who know & those who do not know alike? Only the men of understanding are mindful. Koran 39:9 O you who believe! Do not take My enemy & your enemy for friends: would you offer them love while they deny what has come to you of the truth, driving out the Messenger & yourselves because you believe in Allah, your Lord? If you go forth struggling hard in My path & seeking My pleasure, would you manifest love to them? And I know what you conceal & what you manifest; & whoever of you does this, he indeed has gone astray from the straight path. Koran 60:1 Surely those who disbelieve from among the followers of the Book & the polytheists shall be in the fire of hell, abiding therein; they are the worst of men. Koran 98:6
